Who we are

Ostra is a team of senior engineers and designers working with clients in the United States, Germany, Austria, Sweden, the United Kingdom and Bosnia and Herzegovina. We have shipped more than thirty products over the years. The eleven featured in our portfolio span manufacturing, logistics, beauty booking, food distribution, HR tech, construction software, ticketing, no-code tooling, digital health and news media.

Two of those products were acquired: Uiflow by Workday and m.Doc by CompuGroup Medical, both in 2023. Others run at scale today, from a patient portal in 300+ clinics to a news site serving over 500 million page views a month.

We prefer long engagements over quick handoffs. Most of our clients keep us on as their engineering team after launch.
